At present, the farmers of UP have no stock of maize. While the new millet has started to come in Gujarat where the prices is being quoted at Rs 1475 / 1480 per quintal seeing the higher prices. Although, the buying for millet has reduced in the north India, but in Delhi market it price has not broken because of strong demand from the east UP and Bihar amidst thin arrivals in the pipe line. The new crop will come after month in Khurja, sikandra bad and Danwar lines. So the market may stabilize.
